On January 23rd we will host our 3rd Culinary Traveler' Club dinner: Modern Greek Odessey.
Our next Culinary Travelers Club dinner will be in February. We are curently planning on a Mardi Gras themed dinner from the 1930's! More details to come.

We are now open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Come in and check out our new dinner menu!
Breakfast is now served on weekends only. We are shifting our focus to serving dinner on Fiday and Saturday evenings so we are closing breakfast during the week. You can still enjoy breakfast all day on the weekends!

Our food is freshly made in house. We make our own ciabatta bread, sauces, gravies, soups, and much more, from scratch. We do things the old-fashioned way to ensure you get the rich flavors you want and deserve. Our recipes are researched, crafted and perfected by the owner, Roberta. She has traveled the world gathering recipes and adding her own touches to bring you flavors from around the world!

At Bleu Café we work hard to source our foods locally whenever possible. Our menu changes with the seasons to reflect the best of what is available. By taking advantage of the changes in the seasons, we can bring you the best and freshest food possible.

Bleu Café is locally owned. Chef Roberta was raised in Carson City. We are committed to the local community and support a variety of great causes.
